“I ordered the RUK Kombi Roof Rack Craddles with Aerobar fittings which unfortunately arrived minus the aerobar fittings. The initial delivery arrived within two days but took another 9 days for the missing parts to arrive. The product looks of good quality but sadly the missing parts arrived too late for me to fit prior to my Cornwall Holiday. I would consider using Escape Watersports again as this incident may have been an unfortunate one-off.”

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with DPD's service, however, we can see from their image and GPS tracking that they did attempt to deliver the parcel on their next-day service, however, there was no answer at your address. “Unbelievable cheapest price AND immediate delivery. And stumbled across them quite by accident as there was a problem with another supplier stock of my requirements.
