“I purchased a Palm Sport Spraydeck, it was a good price, arrived on time, the only error was the packaging could be sturdier as heavy boxes had been put on top of the spraydeck which caused several deep grooves.”

“Did not receive the goods. Eventually Dpd returned items to Escape after messing me about with delivery slots. Escape and Dpd did not provide correct delivery Information. Went elsewhere.”

I can see you did not enter your address correctly at the checkout which meant DPD were unable to locate your house. When you contacted us, we looked into this and offered to rectify your address so your parcel could be delivered, however, you requested a refund, which our team processed within 24 hours. “All I purchased was a Dry Robe Pillow Bag, it had an offer on & free Posting. I ordered on the weekend and can't belive how quick it was sent out to me, -I can't remeber if it was the Monday or the Tuesday that it arrived -I was out at the time of the delivery. (I'm almost sure it was the Monday) but either way for free posting very speedy trunaround. Will definatly be ordering off of this company again.”
