Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Arrived day following ordering but damaged packaging suggested rad within may be affected so delivery driver waited whilst I examined contents.Paint was scratched therefore not accepted.Re-ordered and replacement arrived promptly and o.k”

“I have been delivered a cabinet and during deliver or at pick it got damaged. When I opened there were scratch marks. Now retailer is not refunding for their mistake. I have raised a complaint and dispute”

I am unsure how to resolve this for you, we offered to collect the item for a refund and you advised to cancel the collection. We can arrange for a collection once again. You have advised you do not want to return it however you are asking for a refund, we cannot offer a refund unless the item is returned. Please advise if you would like the collection rebooking of the item if you do not want us to do this i am unsure how to move forwards on this.

“Ordered a Bath and a WC. Was offered a choice of delivery dates. Charge for delivery was £15 per item which was not bad compared with other sellers. Good communication regarding delivery. Items arrived when expected. Well packed and in new condition. Had an techical issue with the bath which was dealt with promptly by the seller. Would use this company again.”
