Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “great website with very competetive prices. the delivery charfe was very reasonable and very fast. once the order was placed the contact and updates on delivery was excellent. the driver was very friendly and helped carry the bath inside. the bath is not installed yet but seems very good quality”

“I posted an earlier post, ref an undelivered item, a tap from my delivery today. I posted my concerns ref not being able to speak with a member of staff from the after care department, but having to go on line (as well as sending a back up email as well to customer services) too raise my concern of not getting the missing part by tomorrow, which I did. With in 30 x minutes Lynn from Ergonomic emailed me to reassure me that my tap was out for delivery separately and would be delivered with in the hour. And it was delivered. Thank you very much to Lynn and the team, for the excellent customer care received. A 5 Star company!”

“Very good communication from the company on a query..courier company gave us a time slot on day of delivery Delivery driver rang 10 mins before he arrived and bought items right inside house for us So far am very pleased with the quality of our purchase Can't wait for it to be fitted Thanks again”
