Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Fabulous customer service experience. I bought a shower 10 years ago and needed some spare parts. I hadn't saved my receipt and wasn't particularly optimistic that they would know what I needed. Lynn contacted me on the same day telling me exactly what I needed and also sent me a copy of my original invoice! Now that's what I call great customer care.”

“Ordered an MX Minerals shower tray and was delivered in 4 days. The price was great, the delivery was efficient and the shower tray was in perfect condition. I had not realised the tray weighed 59kg which makes the install a bit more challenging, bit thats not Ergonomics fault. Overall, very pleased, will use them again”

“Had not heard of or used Ergonomic Designs before, but will definitely be checking them out first when I next need to purchase something for the bathroom. My shower suddenly stopped delivering hot water mid-shower on a very chilly morning. I found the part thsat needed replacing on Ergonomic Designs and ordered it the same day. The price was fair, it arrived in the morning of the following day and was installed by a very understanding plumber the same afternoon. One happy customer! Thank you.”
