Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Ordering the goods was easy. However your couriers actually lied on their report that they had handed my goods to my next door neighbour, Mr/Mrs Smith! The family next door are not available at the moment and are certainly not called Smith. Instead, my order was left behind bins.... disappointing.”

“Terrible service, I ordered Franke sink which turned out to be too big and I wanted to exchange. At the end I ended up buying elsewhere as I waited for an email response for 2 weeks. Not to mention the return delivery charge up to £45 for, whereas, the DPD is less than £10, never ordering from here again.”
