Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I bought a complete shower from Ergonomic Designs in 2009. 12 years later I needed a replacement thermostatic cartridge. They still stock the parts and it was delivered the next working day. Excellence all round.”

“We ordered the navy bathroom suite furniture. We've not opened or installed it yet. Delivery was chargeable but then the furniture isn't flat packed. Communication was good and delivery prompt next day very happy so far.”

“4 stars as many other online retailers had for cheaper exact same product but the product its self so far looks good .top shelf doesn't go as far back as bottom shelf for the piperwork .”

“The ordering process was extremely easy. I managed to overorder and so had to return some items. Doing return was exceptionally easy to do and the refund back to my account was instant. i am very pleased to say I would definitely recommend this Company.”

“Placed an order for bathroom equipment which were suppose to be in stock, as paid for next day delivery. 3 days later enquired and was informed that 1 item was out of stock, which I was informed that if I cancelled that item they could dispatch the order, which I did 3 days later. Delivery was taken when but, 1 item missing the toilet pan. This then took 3 days to arrive as they wouldn't bring the item out which was in their warehouse (had just been missed off the van) and they don't work weekends. I had a very unsatisfactory response, no one taking responsibility, I was asked to put it in writing and ring another number, only to revive a reply about company policy. Wouldn't use the company again, due to poor customer relationship. If I'd have received an apology for the missing item, and an explanations then my review may have been different, but speaking to 3 rude office people wasn't good. Oh the delivery driver was very pleasant!”

“Service was very good and items arrived as promised and on time. Unfortunately, my plumber isn’t as efficient so I have not had the items plumbed in yet, but they all look very good. I’ve had a shower from this company before, and it was excellent.”
