Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “When I ordered, the item was showing in stock, so paying the next day delivery, I expected delivery to be prompt. I was emailed to say the item was actually "OOS". So It was confirmed in an email the item ordered would be sent when stock allowed, and I would be refunded the delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill. I was not refunded the amount promised. So I am not impressed.”

“Good product,s good prices. I think the IT needs to be reviewed as I had two messages to say the product was about to be delivered but the first related to delivery to the courier and the second related to the delivery to me. A couple of speedily answered emails clarified the situation. The items arrived well packaged and the driver was helpful and friendly. I don't need the items for another week so I have left them unopened and can't confirm condition This is my second attempt o post a review as the first took me to a page to which I was denied access. I hate the annoying interference of Grammerly!!”
