Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Great experience. I found their price was the best for the item I wanted. Decided to collect in person as I was going past their Northampton base. Pick up was seamless and saved me a delivery fee (which was better than other sellers anyway so would not have put me off buying). I have some other items I need for my refurb project and will be purchasing again from Ergonomic Designs with no hesitation.”

Good Afternoon, Our warehouse staff will always try to help if they are able if someone does arrive however we do list under the showroom opening times on our website that it is currently closed. Showroom opening times Our Northampton showroom is currently being refurbished and will re-open shortly. “A truly unexpected, absolutely exceptional customer service experience. After noticing an issue with one set of shower doors purchased from Ergonomic Design, some 3 weeks after delivery, and being faced with only an email option to contact them I was very sceptical that my issue would be resolved. I needn't have been concerned, after reaching out by email, I was quickly replied to by Lynn, who was very professional and understanding. My new doors were sent out next day and the faulty ones collected. During a very stressful build this was a very welcome relief. Exceptional service Lynn - thank you !! Highly recommend Ergonomic. Oh, and I love my shower doors now. Lets hope they last but I take comfort that should a fault occur, Im in good hands”

“25% restocking fee, just to take back an item which was brand new and in perfect condition? What a rip off. We spent thousands with them, and returned one item, plus paid to send it back (no problem with that). Clearly don't give a *** about customer service. Go somewhere else, avoid!!”
