Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Our previous supplier had let us down on a delivery when we had just started remodelling our bathroom. Ergonomic designs gave excellent online query support, had items in stock and arranged delivery within a few days. We are very pleased with the quality of the goods and our bathroom now looks great”

“Was a little bit disappointed this time round when I ordered. I paid an extra £20 to have the parts ordered sooner, only to be told by the delivery company there is no way they would deliver on the date suggested as they were not in the area. ED shouldn’t be offering this service if you can’t follow through on it, End result, no discount given or any apology, all I received was a ‘we are happy to cancel the order’ Usually a very good service.”
