Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Been looking everywhere for a replacement toilet seat, and found the right one through Ergonomic Designs. Reasonable price and super quick delivery. Would recommend trying them first for bathroom fixtures and fittings.”

“I would not recommend anyone to use this company I order a sink and basin from online the colour of the sink was the same on the page it was advertise, when I plumber fitted the basin an sink it was total 2 different colour, I emailed them and sent them photos they refused to do anything about it saying that's how it should look like , you can't get exact match, I've been arguing with them by emailing saying why the advertise it showing exact match on the photo, they sent me email saying sorry we can't do anything about it”

“I took delivery of a Franke kitchen sink it came in a battered box marked re packaged by DPD the sink was cracked in two halves it must have been dropped from some height, customer services have arranged a replacement but stated I am too dispose of the broken sink it will not be collected , I can’t exactly put it in the bin , I don’t know if the local tip will charge me for disposal ?”
