Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I took delivery of a Franke kitchen sink it came in a battered box marked re packaged by DPD the sink was cracked in two halves it must have been dropped from some height, customer services have arranged a replacement but stated I am too dispose of the broken sink it will not be collected , I can’t exactly put it in the bin , I don’t know if the local tip will charge me for disposal ?”

“Hi. Very pleased with the sevice , as well as the courier sevice you use and driver. He was most helpfull and waited while we checked our order. We have just placed another order with yourselves. Order no is 98982292. Your web site said free delivery over £500, but the system charged us £44.99 delivery, which i think is a fair price. My first order was just over a £1000, and the new order is over £500, so when i saw free delivery on my latest order, i thought great stuff, but was then charged? Hey-Ho. But still pleased with the service. Its 5 stars from me. Gary Dowsett. (Luton)”

“The rail looks fine but the attachment to the wall is loose in the rail and having fitted the attachment horizontally the weight of the rail then made the whole fitting lop sided.”
