Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Excellent company. Not only are the items purchased of a very good quality and very well packaged but the customer service is second to none. Purchased the Matt black wall mounted taps and the Matt black concealed shower valves and both are made to a very high quality with nice touches such as spirit level on the tap unit. Would highly recommend”

“I ordered the Solar Chrome Brass 220mm Square Handheld Shower Head from Ergonomic Designs. on a Saturday I was told it would take 3 days but to my delight, it arrive the next working day GREAT SERVICE. “Fantastic product and service. Yet to use the shower but it looks amazing and is of top quality. We had an issue with a lugg (vital piece of fitting for the thermostat) missing so contacted the company who dealt with it promptly and effortlessly and had a new one sent to me the very next day, so pleased with the service. I want to add from the images I had sent them they clarified the lugg was lost by the installer as they can tell from how the screw is placed in a certain way so regardless of this they sent one as a gesture of good will :) Very happy and Thank you!”

“Haven't fitted the taps yet but after a problem with my plumber not being entirely happy with the size of the connectio I called and then returned the item and got a refund and new taps within a few days”

“I received a damaged item and as I did not report in 48 hours was told could not have a refund. Item received on 6th January contacted company 12th with the weekend in between! Surely this does not meet with consumer rights act?”
