Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “One of the best companies I've dealt with in a while. They were quick with the order-which I picked up from their warehouse- and were a good price for the Tilebacker board kit I ordered. As a DIY-er, I had a few queries which were answered quickly as well.”

Hi Malcom, I have looked into this and i can see your delivery was made on the 14th as expected, after contacting yourself you have advised the delivery arrived 2 hours after the estimated delivery slot the courier had offered you. Sadly with large fragile goods deliveries they can take longer than expected to deliver and traffic conditions can slow them down, this is why the slot offered is only an estimate. I am sorry you were disappointed with this slight delay but unfortunately this is outside of our control. “Terrible. 1 week on still not received product. Paid £45 for next day delivery Had to cancel job. Had to delay carpenters, tilers, plasters. Loosing money, can't actually phone and talk to anyone. Won't be using again.”

Hi, I am really sorry the manufacturers courier let us down on this occasion, the delivery service was not advertised as next day however it should have been much quicker than it was to get to you so huge apologies for this. Sadly we are too small to have a fleet of our own and we do have to rely heavily on the distributors and manufacturers delivering a level of service we would expect. Kind regards Ergonomic Designs
