Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “we had a bulk delivery, which arrived on time. Driver very helpful and friendly. Although bathroom not due to be fitted for a few weeks everything seems to be in order and of good quality. Looking forward to seeing it all in situ.”

“Corner bath panel arrived with no scuffs or marks. Although it was bigger than our bath, which I new when I ordered it, it was quite easy to cut down to size. I measured it 3 times because you only get one chance when cutting ( 2 person job ). Fits brilliantly.”

“Used this company about 10 years ago and needed a spare part, not only did they have my records but knew exactly what part I needed. Their bathroom fixtures are 1st rate (no plastic pieces) my shower still looks as new which in a hard water area is amazing 👍👍👍”

“Up until today I would have used ergonomic designs again but my fitters found one of the shower wastes damaged when installing and I am been made to jump through hoops to get a replacement. I spent £1000 and you still haven’t replaced my £19 damaged waste!!!! I need this delivering ASAP I have Lads on site.”

“A good company is measured by its ability to recover issues when things go wrong and Ergonomic Designs & their representative Alex impressed me when a shower door and tray arrived damaged! A quick live chat conversation resolved the issue and perfect replacements were delivered within 2 working days & the damaged items collected at the same time. “Very pleased with the cubicle and shower tray Installation very simple, instructions were a little short in detail using sketches with no written instruction but managed to work it out Beware of delivery if living in the south,the delivery company operate a round robin drop off starting from the depot in the north, we ordered Sunday but didn't arrive until Friday Great product though and I would recommend Ergonomic designs”

“We had a VitrA vanity unit and ceramic sink delivered promptly by an excellent delivery service. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of both products, very good value. Unfortunately the sink had a small blemish beneath the glaze. Via email, we contacted E. Design, received a prompt reply with advice regarding replacement. Within 24 hours we had received a replacement product - fantastic after service. We always say that you can only judge a company by their response in dealing with issues and faults, E. Design have truly demonstrated their commitment to customer service. Based on our experience we have no hesitation in recommending this company and their delivery service.”
