Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “The website was easy to use, customer service was fantastic! Due to user error I ordered the wrong basin taps that didn't match all the other items. I emailed the team and within 12 hours they had corrected my error, refunded me the difference. Very pleased with quality of products and I cannot fault the customer service.”

“One of the part is still not delivered. Plumber will not come back to fix it so had to delay fixing the whole WC. So inconvenient, this shouldn’t have been sold if not in stock. Have been told to wait for another 4 weeks.”

“The basins in their images are just for illustration purposes. I bought a vanity unit only for the delivered basin to be not only different but much worse that the pictured item I bought. It's nothing short of false advertising and delivering the wrong goods.”

“Needed some replacement parts for a shower. Ordered on a Friday afternoon and expecting earliest delivery the following Tuesday, they were delivered at 8 am the next morning! Also, cheaper than anywhere else I could find on-line. Will use again if I need to. Highly recommended.”
