Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “The bathtube looks OK, the wood frame around can be better /stronger considering the need of clamping on a wall and fixing a boxing for a stronger fit.”

“Although showroom was closed, managed to order online complete shower unit, plus a shower and two complete toilet systems, with help from staff over the phone. Managed to get one item changed over before delivery with help from Lynn, and delivery was as expected. Thank you very much.”

“The shower enclosure was delivered promptly. On unpacking the shower enclosure it was found to be missing four top and bottom door seals. Contacted Ergonomics to inform of the missing parts they said they would contact Frontline Bathroom Ltd who supplied the shower enclosure. Frontline did not have any seals in stock nor could they advise when these seals might be in stock. They have offered to take back the original one and replace it with a new one. I have suggested they might like to break open the pack in their warehouse and just send us the seals. To save on courier costs and save the planet. Awaiting a response from Frontline.”

“The shower valve I ordered to replace a discontinued Triton model looked compatible from published dimensions but turned out to be virtually identical making installation fairly easy. Next day delivery at a great price. Will use Ergonomic Designs again when renovating next bathroom.”
