Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Service with a smile, definitely from myself and my husband. Ordered on line and then realised it was more of an emergency , I explained my situation to the man on the sales desk who put the goods out for us to collect within 30 mins, which we did. He also refunded the payment for delivery costs. The part was correct and we were able to fix it and now have a fully functioning shower...thank you for your service”

Hi, I am very sorry for this issue you experienced, I can see the order was cancelled and refunded 4 days after purchase and this was due to an issue with Frankes chosen uk distributor that we were unaware of when you placed the order.
