Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “The delivery was quick and all products arrived safely. Would appreciate offer of free delivery on orders of a certain value. Had to Pay £55 for delivery on an order of £1,800 as free delivery option was not possible to be selected.”

“Lovely looking unit but the fitting for the shower hose does not fit standard threads in UK meaning my plumber had a nightmare fashioning an adapter …the adapter supplied in the pack must of been for some other country as it didn’t fit the unit to shower hose outlet 🙄😬”

Hi, I cannot see that we have been contacted in regards to this, however the shower valve comes with a half inch connector and a 3/4 inch connector. one is attached to the valve and one is in the box separately. This is so it suits the majority of installations. Kind regards Ergonomic Designs

Good Afternoon, I can see that you have purchased from us a glass to glass corner seal for Wetroom screens? This is the only item on this order so i am unsure what you were expecting to be chrome? The idea of this is and invisible connection between the two pieces of glass. I think you may have confused this with another item? if we can help resolve this at all please contact us directly as I cannot see any communication from yourself. Kind Regards Ergonomic Designs

“Very poor experience! I bought an item that clearly showed a support arm for a shower screen and spotted that an "additional" arm could be purchased also which further seemed to confirm that one was included as it holds the screen up and provides safety so kind of important! Upon fitting we find that there is no arm included and they are now out of stock. Customer service couldn't care less so I will most certainly never be using this company again. Misleading advertising on two counts and very poor customer service who have no intention apparently of making their offerings more clear so I have no intention of putting any further business their way.”

“I purchased a bath shower screen online, the price was reasonable and cheaper than other bathroom stores. The delivery was excellent and a small price. From start to finish I received excellent communication via emails. The delivery took 36 hours! I couldn’t believe it! Ordered on a Tuesday night and it arrived on Thursday morning. Packaging excellent product as shown in photos and I’m very happy with it. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely buy again from Eronomic Designs. Many thanks!”

“Just about to have a full bathroom renovation. After my wife changing her mind on at least four occasions we settled on a matt black finish. Before she could change her mind for a fifth time I went online and ordered. I have to say I genuinely found everything I needed. All good quality and the prices were all comparable if not better than other online suppliers. The whole lot was delivered within 3 days and it is really good quality stuff. I will definitely be bookmarking this company and recommending to others. Thank you”
