Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “The website was easy to navigate and I was able to select the items I needed. The pop up suggestions of related products I might need was very helpful. I also liked the quick search product code which made it easy to return to look at items for a second or third time. When I needed help from the Customer Service department, the person I spoke to was very helpful and very patient until I had resolved my queries. The order and delivery process was easy and seamless in it's execution. Thank you.”

“Driver brought shipment into hallway as too heavy for me to lift. Would have appreciated option to have delayed shipment for a few days, as now lying across extended dining room table which isn’t very convenient.”

“Very good site,value for money, efficiency and care with delivery. Unfortunately Kudos had put the label THIS SURFACE ON THE OUTSIDE on the wrong side of the glass panel. With Sam's team help I was able to determine which was the correct way round to install the glass panel. The installation instructions were very explicit and easy to follow. Job done.”

“I was pleased to find all the items I needed with one company. Most items were reasonably priced too except for one item which was £100 more than elsewhere. So I used the live chat & called to see if they would price match, I was surprised to get a blunt NO on both occassions..... very short sited customer service, will take my £670 order elswhere......”
