Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Great customer service and great products for very competitive prices! Bought a couple of Abacus Easi-Plan Single Fitting Plates to ensure a secure fitting of some shower heads. They make it super easy and are really robust. Great product!”

“A company is only as good as its customer service and this company is excellent at it. I bought a toilet seat just under a year a back and noticed recently it had broken. I contacted Rob and he immediately contacted the manufacturer and arranged for a replacement to be sent. Thank you for your excellent customer service.”

“Having left a 1 star review a few days ago it is only fair that I provide an update to say that Ergonomic Designs did live up to its exceptional customer service claim. I would add that I don't believe that the previous review played any part in the company changing its decision but was based on looking at all the information again (maybe I did not explain it correctly in the first place) - the replacement part arrived quickly with good clear communication.”

“I purchased two concealed shower mixer taps in 2017 from Ergonmic designs on Ebay, my ebay history didnt go back to 2017 but using Gmail i found the original order and emailed them as they were working within the restrictions of Covid 19 lockdown after a couple of emails they located the spares required and sent me a quote within a few days i had the showers repaired and back running, its a small company with great customer service i would not hesitate to use them again”

“Good service, prices competitive, had to wait a short time for delivery. This was not an issue, if you need products from them then build a little time flexibility on your order. Only criticism one of the seals were damaged on the waste, and the replacement was incorrect. I would use them again.”

“I could not recommend this company. Purchased based on the photos and description in the product listing. I was sent something different to what was ordered and Ergonomic Designs made no attempt to rectify the situation. Simply poor customer service.”
