Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Excellent service . Asked for a sample of the vanity unit colour which came promptly and when I ordered it the item came very quickly . Helpful service all round.”

“After, phoning and discussing and checking the pictures on the website to decide which shower tray we needed, left or right. we ordered a R/H because the majority of the pictures showed this. when it arrived it was wrong after phoning thinking they had sent the wrong one. we were told that not all makes use the same handling and the make we ordered was the opposite. this has now cost me an extra £92.00 as we had to have it collected and the right one delivered. very confusing and feels very unreasonable. Beware!!!!”

“ED's website said a product was out of stock. I rang them to 'check' and they managed to source another one from the manufacturer with a 24 hour turn around. Turned up on time. That's VG service!”
