Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Delivery was really good with communication about times etc. However, the product is not. The pictures look amazing. Wall tap heads don’t line up - the top knob is square but the lower one is at an angle and are still continuing to drip when turned off even after multiple attempts by my tradesman to fit them. Please advise”

“Shopping online is often a trial and time wasting. Ergonomic design was a breath of fresh air to deal with. They have a telephone and i was able to briefly talk to someone. He answered all my questions was polite and knew what he was doing. I then ordered the product online, paid for it and received the delivery within 3 days just as the man said. Yes 5 stars and it was a pleasure to do business with you.”

“Excellent customer service. I ordered several products, had immediate confirmation along with a delivery date. Goods arrived when I was told they would which seems to be a rarity these days. I made a mistake with an item I ordered and requested to return it. Posted it back and the refund was in my account the date after. Superb service - I wish more companies were like you!”

“The bath was promptly delivered and arrived in good condition, the very next day - awesome! It is a lot deeper than I expected, my daughter says it's like a swimming pool - ha ha! But nevertheless, it is perfect for showering and I love it. I'm still in the middle of redecorating my bathroom, so I don't have a picture to provide at this stage.”

“The parcel arrived early & well packaged. The concealed shower kits looked really 👌 quality. Not installed yet & looking forward to great upgraded bathroom. Staff were great during a phone call to them to make sure that I received all items. I highly recommend Ergonomic design.”

“I want to say how wonderful Ergonomic Designs have been in helping to resolve an issue which turns out to be totally my fault, as I managed to order the wrong LILY toilet seat. Beth’s customer service was outstanding, she could not have been more helpful or understanding. There is still an issue with the seat, which is totally out of Ergonomic Designs control, but Beth is still trying to help me resolve it with the manufacturers, for which I am very grateful.”
