Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “The ordering process was straightforward, price was good, delivery charge was reasonable and the ability to choose a delivery date to suit was a good plus. Don't know how the product will perform yet, hence only 4 stars - fingers crossed it will turn out to be a '5'.”

“This is the second time in a month I've used and reviewed this company Ergonomics Designs, and I have to say again first class service. I ordered a towel rail on Friday pm, but missed the cut-off time for next-day delivery. The installer was only going to be around for the weekend as he was starting another job. The owner of Ergonomic said he could come and open up the warehouse for me on Saturday Morning if it would help me. What can I say but a great big thank you Sir. Please, if you need a quality towel rail at a very competitive price give them a try, you won't be disappointed.”

“After, phoning and discussing and checking the pictures on the website to decide which shower tray we needed, left or right. we ordered a R/H because the majority of the pictures showed this. when it arrived it was wrong after phoning thinking they had sent the wrong one. we were told that not all makes use the same handling and the make we ordered was the opposite. this has now cost me an extra £92.00 as we had to have it collected and the right one delivered. very confusing and feels very unreasonable. Beware!!!!”
