Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “My order ended up not being suitable for the application. Their advice was exactly what my plumber concluded and needed returning. I had to pay return shipping but money was refunded same day they received item back.”

“Excellent product, price and delivery. We had ordered a bath and panel which it turned out were not ideal for the space (our mistake) and the returns system was efficient and fair. Furthermore delivery of the replacements ordered was co-ordinated with collection of the returns, significantly reducing hassle factor. So well done by both supplier and manufacturer.”

“Hello ED, The Product itself is excellent and exceptional value for money. However, I am extremely disappointed with the delivery company as the product arrived by van & with one female driver. Thinking she was going to receive help from myself a 71 year old senior citizen there was no chance i could not move the stone shower tray even with the assistance of the delivery driver. With the rear van platform lowered we managed to move the shower tray onto my driveway and thinking I’ll have to leave it there until the tradesmen arrive in the morning thus having to park my car over the shower tray to prevent it possibly being stolen. I am appalled the delivery company even thought they would send one driver with such a heavy item.”
