Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Avenue Lima Back to Wall Toilet Pan Avenue Kingston 1000mm Toilet and Basin Combination Unit Anthracite Right Hand I bought the above and selected the dropdown for the cistern yet this has not been included. I have been back online and don't seem able to purchase the cistern - I am unable to add to my basket. I don't know how to purchase! I thought the toilet seat would be included with the toilet pan but isn't. I couldn't find details on line to state what is included. Actual combination vanity unit and basin are of a good standard and are as expected yet to be functional there are a lot of additions required to be functional - toilet pan, toilet seat & cistern. This should be part of the package for ease of purchase to ensure you have all elements necessary.”

Hi, I can see you have had an issue with a couple of small components of large order placed with us in August, one issue being incorrect installation, one wear and tear and one a manufacturing issue so I do apologise for this. I can see all three parts have been replaced without dispute despite these not being manufacturing issues. I am sorry we could not pay your additional fitting costs for the toilet roll holder and hose unfortunately this is something that is not covered, I can see however that we have offered a good level of service and have gone above and beyond to rectify this issue.
