Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Ergonomic Designs is an excellent company, and I'm delighted I chose to order from them. The ordering process through their website was extremely straightforward. “Excellent company to deal with. Ordering process was seamless. Good communication at every stage. Goods arrived in very good time and delivery man was very kind.As my wife was alone and the box of the item ordered was very heavy he helped to place the box in the garage. Just got the offset Quadrant shower fixed and it looks really good. Would like to give a big thank you to the team.”

“I ordered a wall hung toilet, cistern/support and flush plate from Ergonomic Designs having been impressed by the very competitive price. After a couple of days I received an email advising me that the flush plate was not compatible with the cistern, and suggesting that I review my order. I did amend my order, and everything was delivered swiftly and in good order. I was very impressed with the customer service, as they easily could have simply fulfilled my order and I would have been left with a useless flush plate. I have no hesitation in recommending this company!”
