Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “In terms of price and delivery it appeared to be the most competitive site for the tap I was purchasing. Arrived when expected with no damage to the exterior of the box. However I feel the internal protection packaging could have been better as there are multiple metal elements able to move around in transit and as such we found a small scratch on the back of the tap - given it was polished chrome it really stood out, however as it wouldn't be seen and not wanting the hassle of returning for a replacement I kept the tap but suggest internal packaging requires reviewing and improving.”

Hi, This is part of the BTL Alba range. There are thousands of shades of white. This item will only match white gloss units from within the BTL Alba range. Not all manufacturers will use the same shade of white which is why it is important to only buy from within the same range if you require an exact match. This is not a fault with the product.
