Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I want to say how wonderful Ergonomic Designs have been in helping to resolve an issue which turns out to be totally my fault, as I managed to order the wrong LILY toilet seat. Beth’s customer service was outstanding, she could not have been more helpful or understanding. There is still an issue with the seat, which is totally out of Ergonomic Designs control, but Beth is still trying to help me resolve it with the manufacturers, for which I am very grateful.”

“Ordered on Saturday and delivered on Tuesday, very satisfied customer, 1800 x 900 stone resin tray with riser kit. All went to plan as per instructions. The shower screen 8mm thick with easy clean glass ( the side with the sticker on) good quality chrome Chanel and fixing rail. The shower at £95 is excellent (rainfall and hand held). All in all great value and it’s a lovely showering experience.”
