“Item was packaged as if it was bought off of eBay. No plastic packaging on the item, just put in a plastic parcel bag and handwritten address. Very poor considering they sell designer items. Charge £5 for delivery (even though my item wouldn’t have cost more than £3 to deliver) and then another £3 charge to return the item.”
