Hi Steven, Thank you for sharing your comments with us. We are really sorry to hear that it took longer than expected to receive your refund from us. We processed this on the 9th October, but we needed a response from you for whether you wanted a refund to your bank or whether you'd like instant refund into your EQVVS E-wallet. “Ordered 2 handbags as birthday gifts. One I loved and one was so much smaller than expected so returned it and refund sorted in 24hrs. Such a slick ordering and returns process. Will definitely order again....”

“It’s just cost me £11 to return a coat I have bought from your website which is outrageous. Your virtual sizing modelling is so far out it’s unbelievable, the XL Barbour coat I bought was massive on me and says it’s a winter coat. It was thinner than my leather jacket. I wasn’t Impressed.”

Our returns cost only £2.99 when you generate a QR returns label on our returns page. If you are sending the item back for an exchange this is free to do. We are also sorry that you feel the size guide is inaccurate, we have tested it this morning and it seems to be showing accurately for us, however we invite you to please email info@eqvvs.co.uk so that you can give us more information on your order so that we can tweak our measurements correctly. We can completely understand how frustrating it is when the item that you have ordered is out of stock. This was a small glitch in our system which is very rare to occur, so we are sorry that this happened to you. We advised you of this out of stock as soon as we knew and after notifying us that you would like a refund rather than store credit, we processed the refund with Klarna instantly, which unfortunately takes up to a week to process on their end. We are able to refund instantly if it is used as store credit. We work hard to meet high expectations and it looks like we missed the mark with you on this occasion and for that we are very sorry.
