“I recently purchased an item from EQVVS but there was a problem in the delivery because Royal Mail said my address was "undeliverable". Having no success in trying to contact RM I then telephoned EQVVS and the person I spoke to (I would be happy to supply her name if required) went beyond the call of duty she help me. She was friendly, sympathetic and extremely efficient thus solving the problem. Itcwas a pleasure to do business with your Company”

“Jewellery arrived on time with beautiful little grey bags to pack it in. I am worried the bangle might not fit my daughter's wrist. She will be 50 on July 15th, so I won't know until then!”

“Loved the earings took a few days longer than advised to come due to them been sent to another depot something about addreses but have bought from yous before. Earings were a gift and aunt much appreciated how nice they were”
