“Ordered a Segio Tacchini Tracksuit Top which was showing in stock, a week later was told now not in stock and will be refunded, over 2 weeks later still awaiting refund, quick enough to take payment not so fast giving it back. Waste of my time all round.”

We completely understand your frustration when an item you want becomes out of stock, this issue is very rare and was down to a glitch in our system. As explained on the phone to you, payments made through Klarna take a little bit longer to refund. This is something we are waiting on Klarna to process and unfortunately our hands are tied with speeding the process up. We completely understand this is very frustrating as a customer having to wait to receive a refund and we are really sorry for this. It is being processed so it should be in your account any day now.
