“First time ordering, order didn’t turn up..........had to chase them up...........was told the order was lost in transit and they couldn’t send me another as it was out stock........waste of time won’t order again”

“The majority of what I bought is excellent quality, however the Ralph Lauren top is very poor quality so I've returned the item (at my own cost, which is to be expected). They keep £2.99 when you ask for a refund though, I won't be shopping with them again because of this.”
