“My first timing using EQVVS and i must say it was a top notch experience.. A great selection of clothing online, their web page is super easy to navigate, it’s quick and easy to order and pay. I paid a small fee for next day delivery to get into my new purchases. I’ll be returning soon to buy some new bits.”

“Pretty lousy customer service (pity there isn't an option to award zero stars). They charge for delivery postage (on a lightweight item that cost £168.00, whereas most decent companies would provide free postage) and they also charge for returns postage (e.g. if item is unsuitable/doesn't fit etc.) by deducting it from the refund, so you can never get back the full item cost. Also the returns process is a right faff, plus they ignored my email enquiry regarding postage costs (I paid extra for next day delivery, but item turned up two days later). If you require an awkward, unfulfilling & unsatisfactory shopping experience, then these are undoubtedly the go to guys. Save yourself the aggro, and take your custom elsewhere.”

Hi, Thank you for sharing your recent review with us. We are really sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. We've looked into your order and can see it was delivered within the estimated delivery time. We have a number of delivery options available and we're sorry if there has been some confusion, we can see you selected the 'standard delivery' option which is a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail. We do also offer DPD delivery option at £5.99 which would have guaranteed your order was delivered the next day. In regards to the refund amount, we have a cancellation form on our website (as part of The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) which entitles you to claim back £3.99 from the original delivery charge. On this occasion to get the matter resolved for you as quick as possible, there is need to fill in this form, we have now actioned a refund for £3.99. It will show in your account shortly. Your feedback is so important to us, as we try to constantly improve our services and experience of buying luxury items, so we'd like to thank you for this valuable feedback and will take on board your comments.
