“Service has been good. Unfortunately I need to return my product as it’s too big but the process of doing this is very straight forward and easy. Would be nice if the returns were free too.”

Hi Sossa, We're sorry to hear your order has not been delivered yet. When we've checked the Royal Mail tracking, we can say that delivery was attempted on the 22nd May but Royal Mail could not get access to the property. Please could you contact our team at info@eqvvs.co.uk and we'll get this resolved for you straight away.
