The product is great but asked about returning VAT because I live in the Channel Islands but with no response

VAT is included on the email confirmation invoice we send to you along with our registered VAT number, this should be enough to process what you need. We have looked into this further and it looks like it is delayed with Royal Mail, but it is due for delivery today. The majority of what I bought is excellent quality, however the Ralph Lauren top is very poor quality so I've returned the item (at my own cost, which is to be expected). They keep £2.99 when you ask for a refund though, I won't be shopping with them again because of this.

Sent wrong item ordered. Correct code entered, but picked incorrectly. Correct item arrived very quickly after I contacted EQVVS

Bought a Ted Baker necklace and paid for next day delivery as it was a last minute present for a birthday that week. The delivery arrived the next day but was the wrong necklace. I contacted customer service who advised I needed to send the wrong necklace back and they needed to confirm receipt of that before they would send me the correct one. Not happy with that as it was needed I eventually decided to keep the wrong necklace as it was better than nothing. I was not offered any refund or compensation for having to do this. First time using this site and will probably be the last.

Purchased Ted Baker purse shortly before xmas ordered on a thursday, paid extra for Saturday delivery arrived following Tuesday same as free delivery date would have been. What was the point? Amazon deliver when promised in accordance with delivery charge.

Sorry to say although service and tracking superb had to return item as they were minute needed magnifying glass to see them did not look as picture. Disappointed

Delivery ok but quality of clothes was under my expected level of satisfaction. The tee shirt faded with the first wash (Yes I followed the wash guidelines). I can honestly say I bought better fake brands whilst in turkey. I will definitely NOT e ordering from here again and I will be advising my friends, family and work colleagues not to either. What a rip off.
