“Brett is the perfect example of how customer service should be. Pleasant, polite, professional. We spoke soon after my order was placed to advise of a delay with the Ted Baker bracelet arriving and that he would let me know when it was due in. He had the courtesy to call back a few hours later in the day to advise that the item had arrived into stock from Ted Baker and I would get delivery next day. Thanks John”

“Great service, delivery is decent. Good to deal with if items don't fit and refunds aren't a problem. Free postage on returns would be a bonus. Never really had an issue with this company.”
