“Bought a Belstaff t shirt and was told 48 hr delivery. Item never arrived after 5 days. Contacted Eqvvs and straight away I was given a full refund and an apology. Great customer service. Will be ordering again.”

Hi Jamie, we're sorry to hear your item(s) were not quite the right fit for you. We do take all our size charts directly from the brand's own website (In this case Fred Perry) but we understand these are not always 100% accurate. If you are ever unsure about the sizing of a particular item, you can always contact us at info@eqvvs.co.uk and one of our customer service will be happy to measure the item in our warehouse. “I was unhappy as ordered an item didn’t receive it as you clearly don’t do stock checking as you emailed me 2 days after it was meant to be delivered to say you didn’t have it stock so”

We're really sorry that we had a stock issue with the item on your order, we do carry out regular stock takes to try and minimise these potential stock issues but sadly on rare occasions, they can still happen.
