“Not receive my purchase yet it was dispatched on 9th November Thank you for your quick reply. I've now received my order. It must have been my mistake sorry because it had 212 barnsley road on label and I live at 204 barnsley Road”

“Not to impressed with spending £645 pounds then being charged 5.95 for delivery, but other than that pretty good.”

Hi Phil, Thank you for sharing your review with us. I have just looked into your account and I can see that you selected 3-4 day delivery which you were not charged for as your order was over £150. Since your order was so high, we upgraded your delivery to Next Day Delivery for free, unfortunately this sometimes causes some confusion because the invoice will then show the Next Day Delivery charge on there however, rest assured you were not charged for this amount.
