Hi Stuart, Thank you for your recent review. We are really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. We can completely understand how frustrating it is when the item that you have ordered is out of stock. This was a small glitch in our system which is very rare to occur, so we are sorry that this happened to you. We advised you of this out of stock as soon as we knew and after notifying us that you would like a refund rather than store credit, we processed the refund with Klarna instantly, which unfortunately takes up to a week to process on their end. We are able to refund instantly if it is used as store credit. We work hard to meet high expectations and it looks like we missed the mark with you on this occasion and for that we are very sorry. “I have recently ordered from eqvvs. I had to send the item back as was faulty but I had an email with an apology and £10 credit. The next lot of items I have recieved are perfect. I would highly reccomend this company.”

“arrived on time.. they postage was very expensive for a pair of studs..when they arrived very disappointed with the size of the studs compared to the picture I seen ..will not use again.”

We can understand your frustration with having to pay for postage for small items, however we work hard to keep these costs to a minimum to provide a fair price of postage compared to our competitors. We are also sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the size of the earrings. We try to show as much detail on our smaller pieces as possible however we understand how this may be misleading so we will take this feedback on board and work towards a solution to better communicate the size of our jewellery pieces.
