Hi Stephen, Thank you for your recent review. We're sorry to hear that you weren't happy with how long your return took to process. We think our turn around for getting returns processed is actually pretty quick compared to majority of our online competitors. As a safety precaution, all our returns currently go through a 48 hour quarantine process. We apologise that this does cause a delay to the return being processed, we still aim to get all returns processed within 5 days of arriving back with us. I've checked your order and can see that your return was processed within this time frame and the item removed from your Klarna statement straight away. “Product arrived on time and I’m pleased with it. The reason I knocked off a star was not getting a dispatch email. This meant I was worried it wouldn’t arrive on time for a present.”

“Always happy with products from site but unfortunately recent purchase has not arrived to me .. coming with Royal Mail (which I understand isn’t your fault) got a message to say it was shipped via email/text but has not arrived when it was meant £48 purchase”
