“Product arrived on time and I’m pleased with it. The reason I knocked off a star was not getting a dispatch email. This meant I was worried it wouldn’t arrive on time for a present.”

As a safety precaution, all our returns currently go through a 48 hour quarantine process. “Always happy with products from site but unfortunately recent purchase has not arrived to me .. coming with Royal Mail (which I understand isn’t your fault) got a message to say it was shipped via email/text but has not arrived when it was meant £48 purchase”
