“I was slightly concerned about the lack of a confirmation e mail from EQVVS as this was my first purchase with the company of whom I had never heard of before . The first point of confirmation was that my order had been dispatched a day later. although there was no notification of when I could expect a delivery or who the courier might be until the 5 days later when the post office notified me. Considering the cost of a Barbour coat I would have expected free delivery, which was t the case. Most other companies provided free postage. I ordered from EQVVS because itvthe only company offered the coat in an alternative colour to black. The coat arrived six days later, no paperwork or instructions were included about a return if it had been required, luckily I had been able to try the coat for size as my daughter had bought the same. I do understand the need for reduced paper work when we are striving to be ecco friendly, but a little more reassurance regarding my purchase would not have been amiss. Yes the coat arrived in a good condition and I was pleased , but if I had been concerned about a return procedure I would have felt quite vulnerable.”

We are sorry to hear of your concerns regarding a lack of confirmation email, these emails are generated automatically and therefore may have landed in your junk mail box. There should always be an expected delivery date when you place an order so we are sorry if this was not communicated clear enough to you. We understand that an expensive purchase would cause this worry and we can only apologise that our communication did not put your mind at ease. Though we are pleased you received your item and you are happy with it. The packing note that comes in each parcel includes an invoice and returns information on the reverse, it is extremely rare that this was not included in your parcel so we apologise for this. If you log into your account you are able to access this information to print out or if you email us at info@eqvvs.co.uk you can request a copy of this for your records. Our returns information can also be found at https://www.eqvvs.co.uk/returns-i39 Regarding our postage costs, we offer free delivery on all full priced orders over £150 and other times offer a code for free delivery. Our delivery costs are available on site and are at a competitive rate but we are sorry that you feel these were not communicated clearly enough. Although your experience was not what you would have hoped, we are very thankful to you for provided such valuable feedback.
