“Ok, so far I've not noticed anything great however I know it takes a good 3 months before you would even begin to notice a change....what I would say re the powder beauty formula is why you changed the consistency and colour? Used to be white and very easily dissolved in water however now I'm left with gloopy balls and the colour is a mossy green......? Is this because the new one has more nutrients....? Ps. I do really want to like your products but I need real evidence, again I know this will take a few more weeks to show (if at all) x”

The best thing is consistency. Those who do stick with taking the products do report feeling the benefits, it can sometimes mean that there is just some deficiencies which the formula will focus on topping up before working on rebalancing its body as a whole.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review, although we are of course disappointed to hear Menopause Formula hasn't been effective for your wife. This isn’t something we hear often when it comes to our products - we really strive to make the best supplements that nourish, balance and ultimately make a noticeable difference.
We would love to discuss further via customer@equilondon.com to check how long your wife has been taking the formula and furthermore, if the recommended daily dose of 6g/6 capsules per day have been consumed.
It is worthwhile mentioning, from a nutritional perspective, changes to diet and supplements can take time to manifest in the body. Many people report better energy quickly (sometimes they notice this more when they stop taking the products - e.g. their energy dips and they really notice it) but for others it can take more time. This is also the case for hormones - it doesn’t happen overnight but as nutrient levels build up, the gut is supported and adrenals/thyroid etc start to work more in harmony, you then can notice benefits. Of course we don’t know if this is the case for your wife, but it is possible and worth considering.
We aren’t trying to convince her to continue taking it, but we did just want to note that though she may not be feeling a difference, all of the carefully combined nutrients we have blended together will have been doing her body good.

If you take Equi consistently you can expect to notice a number of positive impacts quite quickly, however this will depend on the person and their specific needs, circumstances and health. We generally expect energy to increase quickly, along with concentration, alertness and immunity. If you take the Beauty Formula daily, skin often feels brighter and more dewy within 2 weeks, with spots and troublesome skin clearing up in around 4-6 weeks.
Our 1 month long trial with 30 participants demonstrated:
- 80% reported better energy levels within 3 weeks
- 85% reported brighter, clearer skin within 3 weeks
With all of our products (both the powders and capsules), it is absolutely fine to split the dosage. Say having half at breakfast and half at lunchtime. Would that perhaps help? It would not impact the effectiveness of the product.

“Good company to deal with, quick delivery. I bought the menopause capsules first after recommendation from a friend along with the oil. I agree the pipette is frustrating to use and of poor quality. However by mistake I bought the menopause formula for the second month and I have to say it tastes absolutely disgusting, and find it hard to keep it down if I’m honest. I have quickly changed my repeat back to capsules. Not sure it is working yet so going to give it more time in the hope it works like others have reported”

We're really sorry to hear about the issues you faced with our Menopause Oil Edition pipette and sorry to hear that you struggled with the taste of our Menopause Formula.
For maximum taste and smoothness, we recommend it is consumed in a shaker, however if you don’t have one then it should still mix well in a glass. Can I check first if you weighed out the 6g? That can make a big difference. The amount of liquid it needs mixing with can vary from one person to another (dependent on preference), but typically we say 200-250ml. Some try with coconut water or a plant-based milk.
This being said, the capsule version sounds like it is be better suited to you and we hope you begin to notice the benefits very soon.

“I took equi london beauty but wasn't sure that it was right for me considering that I am a man and much of the advertising was related to menopause and periods. After 7 or 8 weeks it hasn't helped with my acne and continue to feel too tired to go to the gym. On the positive side I do feel more relaxed and a better sense of well being. I think it must help people who struggle to go but no good for me as I have urgency issues. I was mostly interested in trying it for my adult / post menopausal acne”
