I really related to the story behind Equi London and I’ve tried for years to help my hormones out and gut bacteria etc by researching and taking different cocktails of vitamins/pro biotics (shorter version of the story I have a history of taking antibiotics and struggling with IBS symptoms). I’ve been taking the beauty formula for a week today and I’ve already noticed a massive difference. “I’ve always been pretty sceptical about taking supplements and I was about to go through a big change from coming off the contraceptive pill (after 12 years). It comes as a powder that you mix in water but it's just not particularly pleasant so I haven't really been able to test it out. I would definitely give it another go if this came in tablet form. I'm definitely a fan of what you are doing though (hence five stars for Equi London) so keep doing it!”
