“This is very expensive and doesn’t work. The body of research behind it is pitifully poor and they make claims that are not substantiated by any evidence. They have not done any proper research into the effectiveness of this treatment - rather they have research about some of the ingredients in it. I found that my mood swings became worse and I had worse brain fog than I had without it. I have been doing cold water therapy and wim hog breathing and have found much more impact - and that is free. Do not buy this product .”
