Hi Dora, Sorry to hear you're still suffering - how long did you take Equi for? It is worthwhile mentioning, from a nutritional perspective, that changes to diet and supplements can take time to manifest in the body. Many people report better energy quickly (sometimes they notice this more when they stop taking the products - e.g. their energy dips and they really notice it) but for others it can take more time. This is also the case for hormones - it doesn’t happen overnight but as nutrient levels build up, the gut is supported and adrenals/thyroid etc start to work more in harmony, you then can notice benefits. “I took equi london beauty but wasn't sure that it was right for me considering that I am a man and much of the advertising was related to menopause and periods. After 7 or 8 weeks it hasn't helped with my acne and continue to feel too tired to go to the gym. On the positive side I do feel more relaxed and a better sense of well being. I'm not sure if this is the placebo effect. I'm sure this works better for other people but it isn't for me”
