“The wrong item was sent out- an easy mistake as it was VERY similar to the one I ordered. I called in & the cust service was fantastic. Replacement item sent out straight away at no further cost to myself. I’ve bought from epic many times over the years- this was their first mistake-it was minor & very quickly put right. As a reenactor I see a lot of unjustified bashing of suppliers on social media. As long as you do your research as to what’s right for your unit, you can buy with no concerns, & know that if there is an issue, you’re a simple phone call away from putting it right in no time.”
