“EPC guided us through the entire complicated process of switching from gas to heat pump heating system. Not a straightforward job in an older 3 story building. Global pandemics, supply chain problems , liaising with the government schems and local authority regulations – all negotiated with professionalism and experience. The installation itself was another deeply impressive demonstration of technical ability and determination to make it perfect. Several years of trouble free heating since, their attention to ongoing support and advice has been invaluable. Cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“James at EPC came to my rescue the day before Christmas Eve after having no heating for two weeks which I was extremely grateful for. He had me up and running again within an hour and since then, I have moved across to EPC for all future servicing and repairs. Mark and Luke attended my property this week and carried out my service professionally and I can thoroughly reccommend them.”

“We have just had the first service on our Ecodan unit, installed last year by EPC. Very impressed with the visit by Mark and apprentice Luke, work was carried out on the date/time agreed and both were very friendly and explained the whole process. All the way from sales, through installation, admin and service this firm are a thoroughly efficient team.”
