“Their design was the best, we tried 3 others. They let themselves down on delivery which nearly caused us a disaster. As our samples were sent by a wrong rate of urgency, they agreed to remake the samples and send by special messenger, this solved the problem”

Hello John, many thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify, we actually sent this job out on a next-day service as agreed, a few days ahead of your deadline date, however then unfortunately the couriers decided to not deliver this for several days, for no given reason! Then when you contacted us on the deadline date saying it hadn't arrived, we made a new batch the same day and sent to you via same-day courier, all at no extra cost, even the the issue lay 100% with our courier company. We were happy to incur the extra cost on this occasion, making a significant loss on the job, as we knew how important these display stands were to you. We also let you keep the stands that eventually arrived via the courier. totally FOC. Look forward to helping you out again in the future, very likely making use of a different courier to get them to you :-) !

“This is the first time I'd used Envoprint and I wasn't disappointed. Daniel and Rob were brilliant, with excellent customer service skills, getting a quote, design work and answers to queries and changes back to me very quickly. The fundraising envelopes I ordered were exactly what we'd asked for and were of really good quality both paper and printing. The service and delivery were very quick. We will definitely use Envoprint again and can highly recommend them to anyone else looking for bespoke fundraising envelopes or other.”

“I had no idea how to approach my challenge. Rick was, and is, brilliant. he helped me understand the options which was really useful. Hello Bob Many thanks for bringing that to my attention. Very sorry to let down both you and your client on this occasion, and for any goodwill you may have lost as a result!! I'll arrange for an apology gift to be sent out to demonstrate our concern, and will also take steps to ensure that you experience the usual efficient order processing next time round. I have spoken to the production team and they advise that the internal communication error that led to the delay is quite avoidable going forwards. All the best, Daniel

“It was good service overall. The only thing that i would comment on was i wasn't aware when the order was being dispatched. Because this was being dispatched direct to the client it would have been great to know. I did email to find out on this occasion though. Thanks!”

Many thanks Sarah for your feedback, which is very helpful. We are working hard on a fully computerised order-processing system that will automatically notify you of each stage of production including despatch; in the meanwhile I will have a word with my colleagues to ensure that where deliveries are either time sensitive or are going directly to your client, you will be kept regularly updated as we process your orders. Great to know what's important to you, and we'll ensure that this is fixed going forwards!
