“Excellent service. The only thing I would of like is confirmation when they would be delivered. I had to call to get to confirm this. I will definately use them again”

Thanks Anthony, that's very helpful. I will advise the team that we need to be more proactive on keeping our customers informed as we process the orders, so that you are kept up to speed with expected delivery dates etc. We are currently looking into new software to fully automate the communication process when we are processing orders, so that you get emailed notifications at each stage including advising the estimated delivery date. However like most IT projects, this will take some time to implement fully, so we'll just strive to be more consistent with our manual customer notifications in the meanwhile.

“I have always found Envoprint very prompt on pricing and delivery. We have used them now since 1999 and they are our main supplier for envelopes. Deliveries are always on time and have never had any issues with the quality. I would definately reccommend them.”

“Envoprint have again delivered a superb job. The order of 10000 full colour envelopes arrived very quickly and, as always the quality was second to none. The customer service they provided was excellent I had no trouble in dealing with a query that was immediately addressed. I would always recommend and will use again in the future.”

“quotes are quick, advice useful was nice to meet with Daniel and get samples which all look great quality what we have ordered from them has been very good - i only gave an 8 because i have limited use of the company's products for the moment so am going on what i have done with them so far but am sure whatever i ordered would be dealt with efficiently”
