“Second Environvent unit fitted on a second property. Exactly same experience both times. Fitting date came and went. I took time off work on both days but no show by the fitter. Why? Well it appears the regional surveyor ( you know who he is) can’t ever supply correct contact data to his team back in the Harrrogate office so they cannot contact the customer about delays. This relied on phone contact only so I suggest Environvent take email addresses too. Prioritise this. Now this message where my name is incorrect! Not hot on customer detail, are they? Fitters, by the way, were very good and the product seems sound so far. It works and I would recommend.”

“I am most favourably impressed by the efficiency with which Envirovent installed the equipment, and by their accompanying explanations and literature. No mess was left, and staff worked well, were polite and helpful. As my tenant has not yet commented on the way the equipment deals with the previous condensation problem, I cannot myself comment on it, but as yet, I've had no complaints, so all seems well.”

“Terrible customer service - tried to get a rep. to come out and look at our resi. wall hung unit and he wanted to charge us an extortionate amount just to visit and before any works were carried out. I called to check what your call our rates were and NO ONE could tell me!”

“I have no problems with the guys who fitted the unit but I have written to Chris Cakebread about my disgust at the look of the unit which is on the wall in our cloakroom for all to see. The white plastic only covers about 1/3 of the unit and leaves a large amount of grey polystyrene exposed and on view. The picture in your brochure is quite deceiving so I was shocked at what it looked like when it was fitted. I am being charged £2400 and I want something done about it.”

“Got the wall mounted PIV unit for flats + 2 fans (1 in bathroom, 1 in kitchen). We used to get mould building up in all corners of the flat every 2 weeks. Since installing a few months ago, none to be seen! Work was timely, tidy and professional”

“Excellent item that has completely solved our mould and condensation problem which we have had for years. Remarkable difference in less than 24 hours. The guy who carried out the installation was excellent and did a fabulous job. Can’t recommend this product enough A++++++”

“Having been fitted efficiently and very cleanly only a few weeks ago, I was surprised how quickly the reduction of condensation was after just four days. The freshness of air was noticeable throughout the house the following day . I have also noticed an balancing of temperature through the rooms. I have yet to see the effect on Mould but must give it time. All in all I'm very happy and would recommend the system”
